Current commercial models, plan terms and catalogue allowances.
No-upfront plans use the applicable five-year revenue-share structure. Annual plans use a one-year term, are billed annually and currently allow the customer to retain 100% of distributable royalties.
Current plans provide unlimited catalogue tracks and release products overall, with limits applying to tracks and artists within an individual release configuration.
Use the Distribution Plans page for current prices, terms, artist capacity and royalty structure.

Rights-first guidance for AI-assisted and AI-generated music.
Eligible AI-generated and AI-assisted music may be accepted where the submitting party has the necessary commercial rights and meets the applicable content standards.
There is no blanket permission. Unauthorised impersonation, voice cloning or content designed to mislead listeners about a real person is not permitted.

FAQ category
Preparing identifiers and replacement delivery carefully.
Yes. Eligible catalogue transfers may be supported when release metadata, audio, artwork, identifiers and rights information are prepared accurately.
Do not remove the existing release immediately. Prepare and verify the replacement delivery before making changes with the previous distributor.
ISRCs identify individual recordings, while UPCs or EANs identify release products. Accurate existing identifiers help services recognise a replacement delivery.
FAQ category
Clear distinctions between recordings, compositions and licensing.
No. Distribution delivers sound recordings to platforms. Publishing concerns rights in the underlying composition created by songwriters and composers.
Current publishing and rights capability is strongest in South Africa. International administration and availability must be confirmed for the specific work, creator, right and territory.
Use the dedicated South Africa Publishing & Rights Registration application for applicable workflows involving SAMRO, CAPASSO, SAMPRA and RiSA / RAV. Registration, membership or approval remains subject to the relevant organisation. The separate Publishing Platform supports broader catalogue, publishing, rights and licensing services.
Sync licensing concerns permission to use music with film, television, advertising and other audiovisual media. Submission or catalogue consideration does not guarantee a placement.
