Transfer your catalogue

Bring Your Catalogue
to Indigenous Tunes.

Move eligible releases while preparing carefully to preserve accurate release metadata and support platform continuity.

Prepare before you move

Accurate identifiers help
connect the right release.

Existing identifiers and metadata help digital services recognise the release being delivered. They should be copied accurately from your current catalogue records wherever supported.

A careful transfer process

Four steps from records
to replacement delivery.

01

Prepare Your Existing Release Information

Collect metadata, existing ISRCs and UPCs, artwork, masters, contributor details and rights information.

02

Create Your Indigenous Tunes Account

Choose the appropriate independent-artist or record-label distribution plan, then continue on the Artist Platform.

03

Submit the Catalogue

Enter accurate release information and use the correct existing identifiers where the release journey supports them.

04

Verify Delivery

Confirm the replacement delivery status before making changes with your previous distributor.

Protect release continuity

Do not remove the existing release too early.

Wait until the replacement delivery has been properly completed and verified before requesting changes from the previous distributor. Indigenous Tunes does not promise zero downtime, automatic migration or guaranteed preservation of streams and platform history.
