Project-specific services
Artist Services may include recording, mixing and mastering, artist development, telecom or caller-tune services, and other agreed support. Availability and scope depend on the project, territory, resources and service requirements.
Quotes and separate agreements
A public enquiry does not create a project. Deliverables, schedule, fees, payment milestones, revisions, credits, rights, cancellation and file handling should be confirmed in a project quote or separate agreement.
Customer materials and rights
The customer must have authority to supply recordings, stems, compositions, artwork, names, likenesses and other project materials. The service does not transfer third-party rights or validate ownership.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Professional services can provide agreed work and support, but do not guarantee commercial success, label signing, DSP acceptance, radio airplay, telecom availability or audience growth.
Telecom and caller-tune services
Network, territory, catalogue and format availability can vary. A telecom enquiry may require additional third-party terms and a separate commercial scope.
