Protecting your information
We may need to verify identity, account authority or an authorised representative before disclosing or changing information. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, authentication codes or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email.
Current request options
This page does not send or store information. Existing customers should use the Client Portal. Other requesters may email the general company address with the subject “Privacy Rights Request” and only the minimum information needed to begin verification.
What happens next
Applicable deadlines, verification steps, lawful exceptions and appeal or complaint routes depend on the request and governing law. Indigenous Tunes will not use this page to promise a result that the law does not require.
