This website version provides the current accessible policy text. Where a separately accepted or signed agreement applies, that agreement and any non-waivable law also govern.
Royalty reporting
Royalty information is based on reports and amounts received from digital music services and relevant distribution infrastructure. Reporting periods and detail can vary by service and territory. Indigenous Tunes does not promise an unconfirmed reporting date.
What distributable royalties means
Distributable royalties are amounts actually received and allocated to an account after applicable platform adjustments, reversals, fraud deductions, taxes or withholding, payment-provider effects, chargebacks and other documented corrections. This is not the same as gross DSP revenue.
Corrections, disputes and fraud
DSP corrections, invalid-stream findings, duplicate reports, ownership disputes, refunds, chargebacks or legal requirements may lead to adjustments. Amounts connected to suspected fraud, infringement or conflicting ownership may be held while reasonably investigated or where required by a platform or law.
Payout methods and verification
Available payout methods, identity or payment verification, currency and related charges depend on the operational system and account location. No payout threshold, payout date or guaranteed processing time is stated until confirmed.
Royalty queries
Existing customers should use the Client Portal for account-specific royalty assistance. Include the relevant report period and release identifiers without placing sensitive payment information in public messages.
