This website version provides the current accessible policy text. Where a separately accepted or signed agreement applies, that agreement and any non-waivable law also govern.
Rights and catalogue information
Submissions should identify master owner, writers, publishers, administrators, ownership shares, restrictions, existing representation and availability of instrumentals or clean versions where relevant.
Licensing enquiries and negotiation
Indigenous Tunes may present or discuss eligible music with a potential licensee only within the agreed authority. A specific use may require separate approval, rights clearance, commercial negotiation and a signed licence.
No guaranteed placement
Submission, catalogue preparation, pitching or discussion does not guarantee selection, placement, a licence, a response or income. Potential licensees retain creative and commercial discretion.
Commission, withdrawal and conflicts
No commission or revenue-share percentage applies unless confirmed in a separate agreement. Withdrawal and conflicting representation must be communicated promptly, but may not cancel a licence already agreed or obligations already incurred.
